Hotel Firefly

First time we visit Swiss, we picked this classic , traditional chalet to stay. What a surprise with the spacious size of Junior suite as we were worrying it would be too small when all bigger suites were sold out. Warm and helpful staff, very clean and decent room. We gave a 'WOW' to the spa and pool in the hotel, it was so beautiful! We spent everyday there in the afternoon. It is a hotel belonged to SLH hotel group and it always give me surprise :)

Every aspect of our family celebration holiday at Hotel Firefly was exceptional - can't recommend it enough! Truly a gem which we would like to keep secret! Thank you to the incredibly hospitable owners and staff for such personal care and all the above and beyond attention to detail. Can't wait to return!

One of the best hotel in zermatt, I was actually in a very expensive hotel in zermatt but then I decided to go to firefly. I like this hotel much more. They have great location, nice in room breakfast, beautiful rooms.....

Everything about our stay was spectacular. The staff is nothing short of amazing, I can't say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable they are. I travel every week for business and stay in some exceptional properties but I have to tell you the staff and facilities are second to none. It wasn't cheap but then again you get what you pay for. I will be back next ski season........for sure.

The person touches and helpfulness at all times from the front desk staff was great. Breakfast in bed everyday is such a treat. The spa was luxurious and having Xbox, Apple TV , iPod dock and even a proper backpack were great extras. Both trip and restaurant recommendations were great and just what we asked for. Our first trip but will definitely be back

Can't say enopugh good things about the place. About 2/3 of the way up from the train station to the gondola, making both easily walkable. Very modern building with traditional ski chalet touches with a very vibrant mood and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Having breakfast served in your own room is an extra special touch. The room was very large and comfortable,

By all means this hotel was an excellent stay at Zermatt. Despite of not having a restaurant, they made up by serving a sumptuous breakfast in the room every morning !! - Highly recommended for stay. !
