Hotel Firefly

Everything is great at Firefly. Staff is outstanding, suite was beautiful, and the breakfast in the room everyday was over the top! Cool bar and a great location convenient to the gondola and upper Main Street of Zermatt round this out as a perfect stay. Thank you Firely!

This is the best place to stay in Zermatt! Everything was out of this world. I absolutely loved all of the staff, the accommodations and Blackie the house cat!! I want to go back again and again!

This place is a fantasy retreat. Superb spa, great ambiance and right where you want to be in Zermatt. I don’t know what they could do any better than they already are.

Could not fault our stay, hotel or staff one bit. Our family room was very clean, spacious, split up with beds in two rooms and a very nice bathroom. The hotel staff were excellent, approachable and friendly and I don't think they ever said 'NO', just 'YES. The SPA and pool were great for us and kids enjoyed the pool. We asked for a late check out and from 11am they changed it to 4pm - gave us extra time to walk around with the snow falling outside and extra time for the kids to enjoy the pool. And lets not forget a full breakfast feast delivered to our room and they even set out the table for us. Its the hotel I will be recommending and using again, We stayed in 4 different hotels during our staff in Switzerland and when we asked the kids which one they enjoyed the most and would want to go back to it was FIREFLY!

If so could give this place a 6 out of 5 I would. Hotel Firefly was an amazing hotel and exactly what a family of 4 needed throughout our travels. Normally staying in a squashed room together we were presented with a spacious apartment with so many features which allowed us to relax and wind down, cook our own meals as well as being close to all amenities and sites. The pool and gym were a bonus. Thank you hotel firefly.

We absolutely loved the Hotel Firefly in Zermatt Switzerland. The rooms are cozy, clean, bright and the views of the mountain are amazing. The staff is extraordinary and went above and beyond for us when we missed our train connection. They arranged for a drive to pick us up in Brigg - one hour outside of Zermatt. Every morning the staff served breakfast to us in our room - the food was fabulous. The location was excellent and we walked everywhere. We can't wait to come back!!

Phenomenal boutique hotel with beautiful suites, delicious breakfasts and very friendly staff. Can't wait to return!

This hotel was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights and were sad to leave. Great atmosphere... getting breakfast in the room every day is something everyone was thrilled about. Location was great. But most importantly the people at firefly were super friendly and fulfilled every wish and more. Unforgettable stay

We absolutely loved this hotel in Zermatt! I can not write enough good things about it! It was more of a 3 bedroom condo with an incredible view of the Matterhorn!!!!!
