The staff were very helpful, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. My fiance and I got engaged in Zermatt and the hotel + staff made it a perfect occasion.

"Excellent Hotel"

Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Was very clean, and the staff again were very accommodating. 100% I would stay there again if I were to visit Zermatt

"Memorable stay"

Great property with wonderful amenities to support the great room. From pick up at train station to red robes in room, you won’t be missing one thing because they will provide it. Pool and spa area are top notch, bar area has 3 rooms for all interests, games cigars, hanging out. Quick walk to anything you need. While it’s not right in the main town street it’s close enough to be more quiet. Room had nice kitchen facilities, small and simple but all you need to cook. Beds were very comfortable as well. This will be my place in Zermatt.

Nice enough place, however there were some works on the building due to damage caused by a fire some months ago, so not really quiet place to relax. Should have given a pre warning about the works.

"Very sticky floor"

This hotel did not live up to expectations. Bad location, the Hotel is a far walk from the center of town and train station-- about 15-20 minutes. The room with sticky floor, smelly open kitchen, no air conditioner... The view of our room was under construction sites all around our room, all windows, no view of the Matterhorn. Way overpriced. Pay the extra few dollars to stay another 5 star hotel in Zermatt.

"Irresponsible hotel"

Booked a Mountain View room. Hotel told me my room is not Mountain View. I showed them the room details on their own website and on hotels.com indeed state Mountain View. They said they need to fix it, but didn’t offer any compensation.
