Amazing hotel! The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Phillip and Sylvia in particular were extremely professional and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are beautiful and feel newly remodeled. You choose your breakfast from a menu the evening before and choose a time that you would like it delivered the next morning. If they don't have what you want on the menu they will try and make whatever you would like. For example, my youngest daughter wanted pancakes - so they made them. The location is convenient. Highly recommend this facility.

Switzerland firefly This hotel is highly recommend. I loved their service. If there's a six star. I will give them too. First, They can pick up from the train station with a beautiful car. And when you check out they hold the luagge for you and you can go site seeing. After you done, they can deliver your luagge to the train station. Second, the free breakfast is so luxury like a dinner. When they clean up they even fold my clothes and clean my own stuff for me. At last, when we go hiking, they even provide you the hiking backpack. Overall, this is a REALLY SUPER luxury experience for us. We are highly recommended to other.

Nice little hotel 5 min from central Zermatt.. friendly staff and Bar personnel.. esp Sylvia the Romanian/Canadian bar tender.. very nice place to stay in Zermatt!

Our stay at Hotel Firefly was simply amazing. If you’re considering a trip to Zermatt and want to stay somewhere that has everything you need, is clean and well maintained, located in a perfect spot and operated by a team of staff I would now consider friends, look no further. The hotel itself is beautiful with a really fun interior style, lobby bar, games room, and a secure ski room. We found it to be the perfect size too – with just a few floors and 3-4 rooms on each floor we felt like we actually got to know the other hotel guests, making some fun memories at the lobby bar every night. Thank you, Sylvia, (our fellow Torontonian) and Kristyna for serving us very delicious cocktails and wine every night. The post dinner evening bar conversations were something that we looked forward to every night. The reception team was beyond incredible, helping make suggestions and reservations for dinner, last minute spa appointments, as well as providing detailed instructions to find the stops we wanted along the ski hills. A special shout out to Simone who really made us feel at home from the moment we walked in the door, leaving us beautiful flowers and chocolate after our engagement and the ongoing support to make our vacation special. Thanks to Rui for the thoughtful celebratory wine and chocolate. Wishing we could eat the amazing breakfast of local yogurt and jam for breakfast every morning in Toronto. This hotel is absolutely fabulous - the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating; the rooms are huge and clean; we had a delicious breakfast served to us in our room every morning; we received free welcome drinks at the hotel bar which were great, etc. This is also a great place to stay if you're planning on skiing - it's a less than 5 min walk down the road to the nearest lift. Do not hesitate - this is the place to stay in Zermatt!
