Alpin Resort Hotel

The property was good for what we needed, however we could hear music playing out our bedroom window until about 3 in the morning and then it started back up about 7 the next working. We even had the window shut and we were on the 7th floor. I’m sure this will vary by where your room is but we just wanted a good nights sleep as we only stayed there one night and this was hard to do with music blaring in. The hotel itself was nice a little out dated but nice. Food at the hotel was good.

Everything was excellent ,just the restaurant supervisor was totally not on the same page with all clients ,he was answering to his personal phone calls and you can hear all his personal problems,also his attitude was bad

This is the best hotel in Poiana Brasov

Hotel is very nice for a mountain resort, albeit a bit dated / German Inn style decor. Restaurant in the hotel was very good, with quite attentive and professional service, which is rare in Romania. Other staff at the hotel was not nearly as well-trained or service oriented . . . we booked 2 rooms, each with a double/queen bed, at a higher rate than the basic ones with two single beds. We had to tell them multiple times at check-in, and then they STILL put us in the basic rooms, and the hotel was over 50% empty! We got up to the rooms and had to go all the way back down with our luggage and ask for a manager to get the rooms we had actually reserved and paid for; that is not acceptable, and also just doesn't make sense. If the hotel is half empty, why not give your actual clients an upgrade, if anything, rather than the cheapest room you have, and make them feel welcome and more likely to return?!

This hotel is well located in Poiana Brasov. We enjoyed the restaurant where guests receive a 25% discount. Breakfast quality was very good. The weather was unusually hot, unfortunately there was no A/C in the rooms.

Ein aber etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Sporthotel in schöner Umgebung. Eine Renovierung innen und außen wäre an der Zeit.
