Staff welcoming bed was comfy

Next door was really loud staff told me before I went to the room that they was but none stop shouting all night wasn’t what I expected was about to leave and told staff and they moved me rooms thankfully

Friendly staff and reasonable prices

Very basic room, Linen was very discoloured. Duvet thin and the toilet would flush effectively. The temperature in the building was very hot The electric card socket fell to bits In my hand

It was close to where I needed to be

Extremely loud music was played until midnight when my daughter and I had to be up early. If I had known this would be the case I would never have booked here, it needs to be specified.

Friendly staff.

Room needs updating. Stains on carpet, rust and mould in shower cubicle. Bedding and towels need updating. VERY noisy Saturday night! No servicing of rooms, had to ask for clean cups etc.

Good location

Really noisy in the morning as our room was right above the kitchen, from 7am all we could hear was the noise of the extraction fan
