La chambre était parfaite, propre et bien préparée. Votre côté Spa est incroyable, la sympathie et le professionnalisme des employés sont remarquables. Merci pour tous.

Vous pouvez améliorer les petits plus qui feront plaisir à tous le monde. comme mettre plus de gourmandise dans la chambre, les produits d’hygiène et à l’accueil. Café thé le reste est très bien.

Property is very easy to locate! The rooms are spacious and clean! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Love the wash sink and bathrooms!

The interior design are modern! Bathrooms are very nice and showers is fantastic! Beds are very comfortable!

The hotel location was close to the city center and the metro which was convenient. The atmosphere was very clean and put together. Calm and welcoming. The lobby, bar, and spa were always clean and proper. The room was what we had expected and desired. There was little noise, we did not hear anything from others in the hotel or on the street. The staff was very helpful and kind. We would stay again

La posizione….a due passi da tutto

Sono capitati 2 inconvenienti: malfunzionamento del riscaldamento e acqua fredda. Tuttavia Loren (la manager) si é immediatamente attivata offrendo una bottiglia di champagne e uno sconto del 30% sull’intero periodo di permanenza. Ho molto apprezzato, ma attenzione a questi inconvenienti per un 5 stelle
