I went for 3 nights with my sister and found this hotel was so friendly. We speak a little German but we are British and were worried for translating with staff. There were no issues at all. Everyone was super welcoming , easy to talk to and very polite. The breakfasts were a nice mix of foods , and the rooms were lovely and clean. I highly recommend this place if you are planning on visiting Cologne

The hotel was a great location , in the middle of Cologne.

No air conditioning, returned to the hotel after 4 oclock in day and no hotel cleaning was done in the room. The smart tv didn’t work
