Personel był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny- właściwie to Panowie nadrobili resztę niedogodności w hotelu.

-bardzo podstawowe śniadanie, wszystko było świeże, natomiast wybór skromny -zdjęcia na stronie trochę odbiegają od rzeczywistości -w pokoju było trochę chłodno, ale całe szczęście działało ogrzewanie -brakowało małej lodówki (być może jest w pokoju o wyższym standardzie)

"Memorable stay!"

Excellent location, friendly staff, free snacks and coffee.

Very small room for the price but we realise that the city was completely overbooked due to a sport festival making prices rise.

"Jederzeit wieder!"

Aufgrund der Messe war das Hotel überbucht (Fehler von Booking), dennoch hat der Herr alles versucht, dass ich im Hotel ein Zimmer bekomme - super nett, sehr engagiert! Die Lage ist absolut Top, das Frühstücksbuffet mehr als ausreichend und im Zimmer hat man alles was man für einen kurzen Städtetrip braucht.

Das Bad war etwas eng, aber das ist eher baulich bedingt und für einen Kurztrip ausreichend!

"Great value for money and would happily stay again"

The hotel is a great central location. The reception /receptionist was welcoming and informative. Despite negative reviews we found the room and bathroom clean and comfortable and were pleasantly surprised for the price.The breakfast was attractively presented and appeared to be of good quality from the food to the crockery and cutlery (none of the basic white hotel ware or cheap uncomfortable cutlery ) yes it’s the food itself that us important but the detail supports the dining experience. The dining room was pleasant and the hot breakfast food was replenished adequately and in proportion to the number of guests dining
