"All good."

Breakfast was excellent- perfectly cooked and just the right portion size.

It was all comfortable, but bedside lamp and accessories needed to be dusted more thoroughly.

The location and the friendly staff. The young girl who worked on reception and in the breakfast room was lovely.

It's a little dated and the breakfast room is dingy and dark. Paper thin walls mean you hear everything in the next room ( and presumably they hear you).

"Exceptional"

The location was great for walking and visiting sandringham. The staff were friendly and pleasant. I would definitely stay again.

I felt that the breakfast time was understaffed and wasn't enough stock for all the customers. The fan didn't work in room 24 and it was quite warm outside.

"Excellent hotel for single friends cycling together."

Great being able to book 2 single rooms for my friend and I cycling the Rebellion Way together. The staff were lovely. We were able to store our bikes in a locked shed overnight, which was brilliant. Good breakfast.

Just a brilliant nights stay. Staff were helpful and the evening meal was lovely. Breakfast hit the spot and is value for money. Had a lovely sleep.

Quiet and comfortable. Nice garden to the rear. Had two electric charging points in the car park which we found very useful.
