Hotel staff were helpful and friendly

Furniture in the room is old, creaky and outdated. Room & property needs maintenance, room had creaky floorboards, & birds walking above ceiling in the roof. Colour scheme of room needs changing to neutral mild colours instead of bright yellow & black! No central heating system in room or AC to heat it!

Schitterend gebouw met rijke historie en perfect passend in het eeld van historisch Engeland. Mooie en ruime kamers en prachtig interieur van bar en restaurant.

Jammer dat resturant voor diner gesloten was! Ook weinig alternatieven in de directe omgeving, vermoedelijk omdat we er op een maandag waren.
