Quiet location Warm and spacious room Bed was very comfy Room had lighting but also blackout blinds, so we had an excellent & restful sleep TV & internet, plenty of bottled water, kettle etc Pool was very clean, quiet and facilities were clean and easy to use

The bathroom needs some work, signs of repair are obvious, but the room is clean! The door was banging in the wind, so we wedged the heavy bin against it- this needs fixing, I’m not sure if anyone else has reported it? Personally I’d lose the ?door art? - the door propped against the rear door Also the 2 horse pictures to each side of the main picture on the left wall, just looks odd. Maybe frame and hang them as it looks like I’ve done it myself😅🥴

The hotel staff and welcome was amazing. The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Food at breakfast and main restaurant was exceptional. However the room decor could do with a bit of updating and a revamp.

Nice place but quite small and basic. They’ve gone for a shabby chic look but it looks a bit worn in places. Our room for a family of 4 was very small. Also it’s a dog friendly hotel which I hadn’t realised.

Lovely quiet location. Warm and welcoming.

Reasonable stay but attention to detail could be better
