"I like the hotel but a hoover over the floor would have resolved the dog hair and TV didn't work."

Hotel is well situated for me for my work.

There seemed to be clumps of dog hair all over the floor in my room. The TV did not work

Great

The room was very very hot.. We had to request a fan which was provided immediately but this was a dog friendly room as well and after paying £25 extra would of thought the room would of been more suitable..

The beautiful venue and grounds for my nieces wedding we had a lovely day staff and food was amazing our room was comfy and clean and breakfast was yummy 😋 xx

The only staff members that were friendly and could raise a smile were the 2 ladies on breakfast duties. And they could speak.

The whole of the bar and dinning room team looked like they didn't want to be there, service without the smile.

"A nice hotel for the price."

A nice hotel for the price in a lovely location. The breakfast was very good with nice quality produce. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped and comfortable with a nice view from the window.

There was a poster in the reception area stating you could purchase a bottle of wine for £14. This offer turned out to be a takeaway price only for people staying in lodges and not for hotel guests, it's misleading.
