Room was a good size- comfortable. Bed was comfortable.

Bathrooms need a refresh and decor needs updating.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Food was amazing

A little dirty in the bathroom and some of the furniture was a little worn

Breakfast was awful as asked to replace bacon because rok hard plus scrambled eggs sloppy and beans only warm

Had fish and chips in the restaurant, 20 pounds which is fair enough for a hotel , fish was good, chips were awful and couldn’t eat them, tartar sauce detailed on menu as homemade and chunky, clearly cheap and nasty packet squeesed into a bowl. Waitress was apologetic, when it came to paying the bill she indicated to the staff member about removing the chips from the bill and she was shrugged off. They didn’t think I knew what was being spoken about, anyway paid full price, will use hotel again but not the restaurant. It wasn’t about the price purely a disregard to customer satifaction and value ,

Great hotel friendly staff, great stay

Lovely food, helpful staff, facilities, dog friendly, large spacious bedroom, Downstairs bedroom, my greyhound cant handle stairs.

Maybe net curtain on dowstairs bedroom as people walking by can look in, and dont want to pull the curtains in the long summer evenings.
