Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Breakfast choice and quality was excellent. Restaurant pleasant and comfortable. Quiet comfortable room and bed.

A little dated and tired in places but excellent value.

"OK for a one night stay."

Easy walking distance from town centre. Room was large with good shower. Inexpensive for an overnight stay to visit the theatre.

Rigid booking in time of 1600hrs unless you paid a £10 fee to book in at 1300hrs. Appeared to only be one lift, which was a tight fit for two people plus bags. 3rd floor room, but there appeared to be a nest of ants in the window area and these were climbing up the wall and over the sideboard where the kettle and refreshment items were stored.
