Location, overall cleanliness and wide range of practical breakfast and evening meal options. The room was bright, well presented and serviced daily. Staff were attentive, patient, very helpful and extremely kind.

High level cleaning of curtain pelmet and bathroom shaver light unit in the room had been missed repeatedly judging by the depth of dust on them with the hand soap dispenser by the pedestal basin also found empty on the first night. A used nail file and plastic wrapper was also found in the single bedside drawer cabinet.

"A fab few days in a lovely hotel."

I loved this hotel, was close to all amenities, had a much bigger room than expected and I also got a room with a balcony which had a sea view! I will be back.

A pool table and darts board would be nice.

Staff were very helpful and friendly Breakfast menu had an excellent choice too choose from. I went for the small English breakfast. Was delicious and hot. Coffee and apple was good too. Bed was comfy and cosy, room clean and tidy. Shower was so refreshing, I could have stayed in there for hours.

I couldn't find my room, as the hotel was like a maze lol. Two lovely ladies who were staying for a few weeks, pointed me in the right direction. My room was very hot during the night, despite windows open. I know this can't be rectified, as it's an old building.

The property had a nice view of the sea

As soon as we arrived there was marks on the duvet sheets and pillow cases . Cups weren’t clean and also the sink , bath mat , and radiator were disgusting
