I already knew this place but I've been there again for a meeting last month, and what I found was always the same kindness, cleaning and well organised. The strategic placement mixes a good price with a good connection with Rome center, only 5 minutes walking from the train station and just less then half an hour to get to the town at Termini station. I suggest this place for the surrounding countryside as well, very close to some volcanic lakes and good food to try.

Camera pulita e spaziosa munita di tutto cio` che serve per un confortevole soggiorno. Dalla stazione di Pavona (a qualche centinaio di metri dall'hotel) si puo` raggiungere Roma in circa 30 minuti.

This accommodation is not for first timers in Rome. It's NOT for the one who wants to save money on a Rome Trip. Please DO NOT trust the other reviews which say its just 36 minutes travel from Rome. That's plain misguide. In reality, starting from hotel to any major spot is at least 1:15 hrs. Your mobility is severely restricted by the last train from termini to Pavona- last train comes only at 10:00 PM. so if you have anything to do with night-life, this accommodation is a pass. What make worse is that on public holidays trains ply on two to three hours difference. Its non- sense to book this hotel if you do not have at least one week in this hotel (or you don't have your own car) and are ready to spare your Roman public holidays. A worst time would be booking it from Christmas to first weekend of new year- you will certainly waste your half the duration house-arrest in it. Now hotel itself- yes its clean and OK for A family with kids. No other thing I find motivating to say a positive thing about it. Towels were smelling, (felt unhygienic), no restaurant within hotel. It is hard to communicate with staff and even approachable. I never found reception open in my 5 days stay. For cleaning or any other supply you have to knock the doors of staff. Wi-Fi is limited to one device only though the usage limit given is excellent. The Sofa mattress was of cheap quality (you can feel the springs underneath); though the one for bedroom was very good.

Hot water runs out in a room with four people which is ridiculous. Only one person can use wifi at a time, also super inconsiderate.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben das Appartement gewählt, da wir eine Sightseeingtour durch Rom gemacht haben (10/2014). Daher brauchten wir die "Wohnung" lediglich zum schlafen. Das Appartement ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, erinnert so ziemlich an ein etwas aufgehübschtes Gefängnisappartement. Die Zimmer sind lieblos und sehr karg hergerichtet. Wände alle weiß mit Flecken. Mobiliar vom Design gar nicht mal so schlecht, jedoch bereits, trotz des Alters (2010) sehr verschlissen. Fast alle Türen hängen und lassen sich nicht richtig verschließen, Scharniere teilweise gar nicht mehr befestigt. Matratze auf dem Schlafsofa komplett durchgelegen, d.h. ein Abdruck jeder Feder der Matratze war am nächsten Tag auf dem Körper zu sehen. Bett im Schlafraum ok, mehr Mobiliar ist im Schlafraum auch nicht vorhanden. Küche bzw. Kitchenette allenfalls zum Suppe kochen geeignet (taugt gar nichts), Kühlschrank ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, daher auch als Air Condition zu gebrauchen. Die Sauberkeit, war der Punkt, der uns bei der ganzen Sache am meisten gestört hat, die Wohnung war sehr unsauber, d.h. z.B. wir hatten ohne Ende Staubmäuse in der Wohnung, Wände nicht mehr wirklich schön, Bad auch nicht sauber. Gereinigt wurde die Wohnung während unseres Aufenthaltes (9 Nächte) einmal, und das noch nichtmal vernünftig, Staubmäuse waren immernoch da. SAT TV ist natürlich auch vorhanden leider jedoch nur italienische Programme vorhanden. WiFi miserabel. Wir geben dem ganzen ne gute 5- mi

Kjempe fin hotel til en billig penger. Men hotellet er et stykke unna Roma. Vi hadde leiebil, og derfor valgte vi å bo utenfor byen. Hotellet er komfortabel, personalet er hjelpsom og grei til tross for at så å si ingen snakker engelsk. Men alt i alt er vi meget fornøyde, og kommer helt sikkert til å bruke hotellet igjen hvis vi er i Roma

A very enjoyable stay; friendly staff and helpful. Kitchen was well equiped and easy to use, with fresh ground coffee for a good morning start. Beds very comfortable set in quiet location. We are a family wth two young kids and were welcomed with warmest hospitality. Definitely a great place and base to use for Rome and to explore area. Trains to rome excellent and frequent.
