I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Rome, but not stay in the craziness of Rome. It was about 20 minutes train ride to central Rome. The manager was wonderful and went out of her way to be helpful. She really made our trip perfect there.

We stayed in an apartment with 1 bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, comfortable for a family with 2 teens. Kitchenette did not have enough silverware for 4 people though. Very friendly staff!!! You can even arrange laundry to be done. 5 mins walk to Pavona train station, 25 mins to Rome Termini by train, which goes about twice an hour, for 2-3 Euro.

Var veldig fornøyde med vårt opphold. Det eneste jeg kan sette fingeren på var at det ligger et stykke utenfor byen, og litt vanskelig å gjøre seg forstått med personalet grunnet dårlig engelsk. Men alt i alt var vi veldig fornøyde. Veldig rent og pent! Mye for pengene.

We came to see Rome, but ended up falling in love with the little town of Pavona instead. You need a little bit of know-how to navigate the train/metro system and a touch of Italian to get around Pavona- few speak English fluently, but that only added to our experience. The staff of this hotel went above and beyond with a sense of humor to boot. My best memories of Italy will be the little restaurant nearby, getting gelato at the corner store, and the best corner markets full of delicious produce and warm people. As for the hotel itself- espresso and an espresso maker are provided, kitchenette is very well equipped with two burners, place settings for four, mini fridge, and pots and pans to cook. Come to get a touch of small town Italy along with your sightseeing.

We had such a great time in this little town. While Rome was large, packed with tourists, and impersonal, Pavona was filled with little shops, fruit markets, and restaurants filled with locals. The staff went above and beyond to help us- with a sense of humor to boot! The kitchenette was well equipped, couch was comfy, bathroom was in nice modern condition. If we come back, I will most definitely stay again, fill up the kitchenette with tasty fruit, meat, and cheese, and enjoy my little provided esspresso.

We had a great time. Close to Rome. We had a car but there is a train station within a walking distance. Very friendly staff. They don't speak English but did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Not recommended if you look for a night life. Great for good night rest after all day long in Rome.

Gute Lage, da schnelle Erreichbarkeit Roms mit dem Regionalzug (Bahnhof ca. 300m entfernt). Leider wurde kein Frühstücksbuffet angeboten, obwohl es in der Leistungsbeschreibung des Apartmenthotels vorhanden war :-(.

Maandag teruggekomen van 4 nachten in Smart Hotel Rome. Wij verbleven samen in een studio, qua ruimte is het prima. Alles is erg modern ingericht, eigen keukentje werkt prima. Douche is vrij klein, maar niet vervelend voor 4 nachten. Uiteindelijk is de prijs-kwaliteit prima. Het appartementen complex ligt in ''Pavona'' een klein dorpje bij Rome. Het is 30 min met de trein naar Termini, een kaartje kost 2.10 enkele reis. Het dorpje heeft restaurants, wat barretjes en supermarktjes en is vanaf de accommodatie max 7/8 min lopen. De trein kwam bijna elke dag op tijd en doordeweeks om het half uur, tot 10 uur s nachts. In het weekend zijn de tijden om het uur ook tot 10 uur s nachts.

Mi experiencia ha sido gratificante, la ducha un poco pequeña para dos, mas bien individual. El wifi se te acaba al tercer dia , porque funciona con tarifa, el hotel a una diatamcia larga de roma pero hay estacion de trenes al lado muy comoda, asique no hay problema de llegar al centro de roma.

Don't get scared that its 25kms from Rome. Its very easy to get to Rome with a train thats very frequent and costs just €2.1 per person. I drive a VW CC sedan and I was looking for a place with safe parking and that which will not break the bank... I found this place very nice. We took the train from Pavona to Roma Termini (25mins).. The hotel contacted me weeks before asking my arrival details and providing me with a mobile number incase I arrived after-hours. The staff speaks very little english but it is manageable. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The wifi is quite strong but with a limit of 1gb.. getting to and from rome is not at all a problem with the trains,,, they run very frequently except for sundays and holidays.
