Don't get scared that its 25kms from Rome. Its very easy to get to Rome with a train thats very frequent and costs just €2.1 per person. I drive a VW CC sedan and I was looking for a place with safe parking and that which will not break the bank... I found this place very nice. We took the train from Pavona to Roma Termini (25mins).. The hotel contacted me weeks before asking my arrival details and providing me with a mobile number incase I arrived after-hours. The staff speaks very little english but it is manageable. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The wifi is quite strong but with a limit of 1gb.. getting to and from rome is not at all a problem with the trains,,, they run very frequently except for sundays and holidays.

Great service,nice and clean. Would recommend to stay at the apartment very pleased, love it. Has every thing you need for a apartment. Close to shop for grocery.

Un appartement confortable pour quelques jours chambre petite mais suffisante séjour spacieux coin cuisine pratique mais juste ce qu'il faut de vaisselle pour (4) Ni four ni micro onde, aucun matériel pour le nettoyage mais le ménage une fois par semaine est compris ... Nous étions en voiture mais la gare n'est pas loin, et vue les tarifs en Italie on aurais pu facilement allé a ROME par le train sur place entre métro et bus y'a de quoi faire a pris plus qu'intéressant .... Nous y sommes retourné pour une nuit (pas prévus) on nous a mis dans un plus petit appartement mais bien équipé par contre dormir dans la banquette ... pas très confortable

Moderno, funzionale, pulito, economico e ben gestito dal custode e da sua moglie! Unico svantaggio la posizione, un po' fuori Roma (serve l'auto!)

The staff don't know English at all, the receptionist and the driver Wi-fi is limited to one device each day, very annoying Good place according to the price. Train schedule is different on Sunday The kitchen is comfortable

The hotel/apartments are nice and clean. Modern building. We stayed for a week at a loft which was quite big and confortable. The TV did not work and they changed us to an other one. None of them had any view as the windows had white glass which made you feel a bit claustrophobic. Hot water only worked until 9.30 am.

Staff were nice and friendly. its a easy modern place to stay but rooms are lacking. There was little in the way of utensils etc for an apartment. you have a stove and a fridge. with a pan and pots etc but no sharp knife, toaster or jug or anything. the shower was severally broken and theres no way it was new (it was tidy and clean but water came out all the shower hose not really the nossel) apart from the lack of things and the TERRIBLE wifi which only one person can loginto at a time and is slower than 1900 dial up internet, it was nice. Also near a train station but it was easier to drive in to rome as parking is only 1euro an hour

My partner and I stayed there for 3 nights when on holiday to see the sights in Roma. The hotel has a fantastic location and so close to the railway station for a direct train into Roma Termani, The apartment was clean and spacious. Free wifi and air conditioning. Pots/plates/bowls/cutlery was supplied. Would recommend to all and will decently re-visit.

I was looking for a place with a kitchenette that is within easy access of Rome, but away from the hustle, and wouldn't break the bank, and this apartment fulfilled all of that. A short walk to the train station, then a half hour train ride at just over 2 Euros per person and you are at Roma Termini, downtown, and the train goes every half hour during rush hour, every hour during other times. During our four days in Rome, we walked everywhere from there and only took the subway once when coming back from the Vatican late in the evening, so there was no need for additional money spent on transportation. The apartment is located in what seems a very safe area and the building and units are very clean, modern and spacious. There is a supermarket and some restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We booked a garden villa room, and I am guessing that It can probably get a bit noisy at night, I think, if you have guests inclined to sit outside and party, due to the courtyard layout of the place, but it was fine while we were there.
