Hotel bem localizado, o melhor da estadia foi o status. Serviço de excelente qualidade. O mais difícil foi secar roupa, sem varal e sem sacada. Café da manhã e jantar impecáveis. Parabéns!

"Falta de organização e informação "

Não tive uma boa experiência. Reservei um quarto casal, chegando la eram camas de solteiro, solicitei a troca e garantiram que iriam resolver e apenas juntaram duas camas, deixando desconfortavel. A rede de energia caia com frequência, preciava ficar levantando pra retirar e colocar o cartao. Disseram que havia estacionamento, mas nao havia informações que é terceirizado, cobrando mais uma taxa (R$25 ao dia). Wifi pessimo, grande dificuldades em conseguir acesso. Espaco em geral pequeno, quarto nao é confortável. Check-in feito online, chegando la foi necessario repetir tudo. Check out foi simples. O chuveiro é bom, boa queda de agua e esquenta bem e rapido. De modo geral, não temos interesse em voltar a o Mercure! Lamentável!

"Foi quase.... "

De maneira geral eu gostei. Ótimo cafe da manhã. Atendimento dos funcionários também. O quarto tinha um cheiro forte vindo do banheiro. E o ar condicionado fazia barulho estralando.

"Nao vale o que custa!"

Hotel caro e razoável, não tem nada de diferente do Ibis, que por sinal custa a metade do preço, quarto pequeno, diária cara para o que oferecem, estacionamento pago, piscina minúscula, quarto vista mar Minúsculo! So cabia a cama e um frigobar. Banheiro simples! Nao vi nada que justificasse o preço!
