Our stay was not pleasant. The Hotel does not live up to expectations. It is not a 4 star hotel. Our check in was at 12:00, we arrived at 1:30 pm and it took them 40 minutes to check in and then they informed us that there was no room available. We were only able to get into the room at 4:00 pm. We were with children and it was complicated. When they released the room, there was no sheet on the bed and the floor was dirty. The shower only ran cold water, only the other day there was hot water in the shower. Breakfast to be desired. The parking lot has a very bad entrance, cramped and internally very difficult to maneuver. The entire staff is very slow to provide service. I do not recommend this stay

Foi uma experiência incrível pois levamos nosso filho pet. Não tivemos restrição em nada com ele, tivemos acesso a tudo que tinha no hotel com a presença do nosso pet, isso não tem preço. O quarto muito bem higienizado, café da manhã bastante variado e por fim todos os atendentes que precisamos tirar dúvidas nos atenderam super bem.

Hotel mal conservado , banho com água morna, pessoal mal treinado . Falta treinamento para o pessoal. Café da manhã confuso ,com poucas mesas e tendo que esperar na fila .

Café da manhã maravilhoso. O quarto bom mas as duas das três noites o ar condicionado não funcionou. Localização boa no geral mas não consegui dormir direito por conta do calor.

"Hotel de boa qualidade e excelente localização "

Um hotel muito bom, com uma equipe excelente na recepção, prestativos e simpáticos. O serviço de limpeza dos quartos é um pouco lento e apresenta esquecimentos, me parece que falta equipe. A piscina é legal e tem uma vista ótima, faltam guarda sóis nas mesinhas.
