Dinning area is dirty, some bad smell keep coming, bathrooms are not cleaned, rooms are not made properly, some items missing in the room facilities and need to ask

The service was timely. The staff was quite polite, courteous, and helpful, except for the guy at the reception who didn't have much hospitality vibes at times. The complimentary buffet style breakfast was great, and the rest of the food that was ordered to the room was quite good too. The staff was quick to prepare and deliver the orders. The bed was comfy enough and supplied with ample pillows. The bathroom, although small, was kept clean enough and does the job. The room is spacious enough for a solo traveller with an intention on working or writing. This was the perfect amount of space. Not too sure about the "economic single room." The location is also quite good. It is easily reachable by metro, just a couple minutes walk away from the greater kailash metro. And the hotel itself is placed within a relatively posh and clean residential area. 2k per night with bf included seems totally worth it in such a good area and good hotel in Delhi.

Very minor nitpicks that kept the experience away from perfection. Did not like the cooling levels of the window AC in my room. Could have been cooler. And some of the cupboards and compartments were not pristine clean; just clean enough. Did not like the quality of the bath towels provided. Ended up not using it. The kettle could have been kept cleaner. They provided laundry and iron service at the hotel. I had given a couple of colored clothes and one white tee to be washed. I guess they must have put it all together because a maroon tee and shirt i had given ended up having quite a bit of minute white lints and residue. Not to the point of ruin but, still a minor inconvenience.

Checkin to checkout we did not like anything.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was going to be a nightmare. We were handed a massive, outdated logbook and told to write down our own details. no guidance, no welcome, just confusion. Once we got to our room, the issues started piling up. The bathroom door couldn't even lock, and the water pressure was barely more than a trickle. We immediately requested a room change, and after waiting nearly half an hour, we were moved but somehow, things got even worse. A revolting stench oozed from the bathroom sink, the tap was broken to the point you could remove the lever with your hand, and the bedsheets were yellowed and stained. The floor felt grimy underfoot, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The so-called air conditioner was an ancient, window-mounted machine that sounded like a jet engine and produced no cold air whatsoever just noise. There were zero bathroom amenities provided. No soap, no shampoo, nothing. As if that wasn’t enough, room service was nonexistent. It felt more like staying in a neglected storage unit than a hotel room. We had paid for five nights. We barely survived two. On the third day, we packed up and left without even asking for a refund we were just desperate to get out. I won’t even begin to describe the breakfast… it was the final insult in an already disgusting and uncomfortable stay.
