Staff is friendly

The reception area was impressive, the room was neat & clean however a bit small in size, the locality was nice.

This is in a prime location from airport(30 mins) and easy to reach location/ accessible to the near by spots lotus temple etc. Breakfast was good, but the variety spread was less.

The hotel reception individuals are less friendly. When enquired for an extended paid checkout was denied and they didn't even show any empathy in addressing the request. Instead they outrightly rejected it as soon as requested.

The location is very good. 200mtrs away from Greater Kailash Metro gives you access to NCR The rooms are basic not completely worth ₹4K. If you get it for less than ₹3.5K including breakfast you it's a good deal. The staff are courteous. Food is fine. For breakfast try to reach early to get hot food else cold food might await you. All in all a good place for 1 to 2 nights stay especially with the advantage of location. If you take your car here, parking might be a bit difficult but possible. There is no dedicated parking but arrangements can be made.

Rooms need renovation. Need more lights inside room. Washroom needs to be cleaner.

Toilet was too small. Towels need improvement

Everything was great be it location, staff , Clean Linens were also provided, Room of choice was also provided to us, Brekfast was also very good.

Washroom should be more clean. It must be cleant properly daily after each check out that’s was the maim issue.
