the fact I still haven't received my $50 deposit back and they are telling me they already refunded the amount,.but that isn't the truth.

Dirty towel, used bar soap in shower and uncleaned/hair around toilet.

the locks on my door didn’t work, my room hadn’t been cleaned the sheets had stains all over them, the floor had dust balls the shower was filthy and the towels were still wet.

Bed bugs, poor lighting in hallway, room was dirty, and air conditioner leaking in room.

I booked 2 handicapped accessible rooms through the site. When I arrived I was told they only have one room that is handicapped accessible in their entire facility and we did not have it. I had 2 people handicapped. One in a wheelchair and one in a powerchair. Desk staff was rude and short with me at check in. No soap in one room and no trash can in the other. Rooms were dirty like they had been quick cleaned. They also were very dated. Beds are old and need replaced. Pillows are a joke they are so flat. Hallways had not been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time by note of all the dirt in the railings along the walls. We stayed there because I had no choice at that point. I have to say I was ripped off big time with the handicapped booking and the state of the rooms.

Towels in the room were stained, floor was dirty, road noise was excessive. Had an issues with TV. No shampoo, only 1 small bar of soap.

Check in Check out with in 10 minutes room was horrible
