I came to my room. It had a filthy, dirty ring in the tub, open soap in the tub and open soap at the sink. No blow dryer in the blow dryer stand no closet. No hanger. Glad I brought my own towels because the towels at this location you could see through and we’re terribly stained. We asked for an iron they could not give us one and the television volume did not work. We needed to use our Bluetooth speaker to hear it. I will not stay here when back in the Lancaster Pennsylvania area… Very very disappointed

The size of the room was great.

The television did not work and room smelled like smoke when we first arrived.

The bed was comfy and the room is big. It has a full sized refrigerator.

Not enough coffee in the morning.

room was clean, quiet. staff very friendly.

no instructions on where to take garbage? do I leave outside the door or take out myself. some fruit fly issues.

The suite was nice, they just need to clean better. Under my bed was dusty and not been swept. A bit of hair in the bathroom. It would be nice to have tissues in the bathroom as well. Also, I couldn't watch TV. For some reason I would pick the channel I wanted and nothing would happen. It sucked. I will stay again. It took a bit of time to check in which I didn't understand since I was the only person to be checking in by the time I arrived.

Hotel was so dirty. Tried three different rooms and all were not clean. Front desk was friendly, but overall would not recommend

the location was good

it was not advertised with room having microwave which it did not have . call about microwave and got see what i can do for ypou the next day went to the desk and told them again about no microwave in the room got one with in a hour wood was uneven you had to watch your steps because you might trip an fall. did not feel safe in this hotel because the door to get in was not lock you could just walk inat any time or anybody could come inoff the street.will never stay there again
