Hotel Skypark Myeongdong I

Having moved in after 2 cold and uncomfortable nights at Bibimbap Hanok guesthouse, Skypark felt like heaven with spotlessly clean room, comfy bed and great service. Check in and out staff were friendly and accommodating to our request. They spoke either English or Chinese which was great. Location is gd, shopping and food just downstairs, about 8min walk to subway Station.

Although rooms were small, but it was clean and the hotel staff is very friendly.

Don't understand the current rating of 3.9. I personally can't find much fault. It may not have a grand hotel lobby but the overall condition of the room are very good actually. The toilet is very very clean and well appointed. Definitely a 5 rating from me.

Location is great! Despite being conveniently located in the hustle and bustle of Myeongdong, we were not affected by the noise from the streets. The triple room we were staying in was cozy and compact; wish it could have been slightly more spacious but it was sufficient for my friends and i.

Poor front desk service. Room too squeazy.

The 5 nights of stay was great! Location was superb. Room size was just ok. Cleanliness inside the hotel, hallway, room were ok. The lady cleaners are very courteous. I love their toner and emulsion they give for free. I did not know that our booking does not include breakfast. If I had not asked the lady at the reception, I wouldn't know about the promo flashed there about the free breakfast when you have to like their fb page. No effort on her part. Another incident, I was asking this other lady about direction. She did not even looked at me, and instead pointed her finger to her other male companion, as if telling me "Go to him", when in fact this guy was on the phone then. Duuuhh?!?! Overall rating 8.5

Nice Location, easy to get there, close to shopping area.

The subways/buses were so close to us it was awesome. Our room was pretty roomy as well, different than what i had expected! The staff was really helpful & knowledgeable.

Hotel is so convenient and is near to Line 1 (City Hall Stn - Exit 7) , Line 2 ( Euljiro 1-ga - Exit 5/6), Line 4 (Myeongdong Stn - Exit 5/6/7) but the nearest subway station is Myeongdong Stn, Line 4. You can use Exit 5, 6 or 7 to reach the hotel. But I will use exit 7 becos there is escalator. Airport Limousine bus 6001 & 6015 is just nearby too but nearer to Skypark 3 though. It nvr gets bored when you stay there. Just step out of hotel is all shopping!!! Room was small but since I was traveling alone, the size of the room is just nice for me! Bathroom is considered big with bathtub and toilet comes wz warmer seat cover & bidet!!! The lobby is on the 11th floor & is just a small counter & a roof top area for you to chill! Everything was good for my 5 nights stay! Will go back if price is good!
