Hotel Skypark Myeongdong I

Very bad service. Not friendly not helpful at all. When asking for assistance they can wave no to le. I will never stay here again. Asking for mineral water also ask me to pay when I didn’t not receive the daily mineral water.

We find the room very stuffy and warm coz there is no windows. We tried to switch on the aircon but it did not work. The first night we could not sleep coz we were so hot. The following day we spoke to the reception and was told the aircon system for the building was not switched on and there is nothing they could do. They could only offer us a small electric fan in the room. Although it helped a little to cool the room down but it was uncomfortable to have a fan blowing on you all the time whilst sleeping. So the remaining 3 nights in the hotel was uncomfortable and we could not get a good nigh sleep. Another thing is the bathroom, there is bo shower cubicle nor bath tub. Once we showered the whole floor of the batroom was wet which was not convenient. We have stayed in this hotel several times in the past because it is close to the shopping area, but this occasion was very unpleasant and we have reservation to go to this hotel again on our next visit to Seoul.

The location is superb.

It’s nice to be in the middle of myeong dong street so we are never worried about getting hungry or hand full of bags.

Location is good but room is too small. Amenities is poor: no toothbrush/toothpaste, additional blanket will be charged.
