"Overall, what I mentioned above was just an inconvenience and didn’t ruin our stay."

It was quiet. Easy to access. Partial view. Roomy for 4 people.

Needed more tlc. Dishwasher broken. Leak from shower to the main floor. Deck needed a power wash. Rusty heaters. Old toilet seat.

Easy check in and check out. Staff was very responsive to our requests although we never saw them 😁. Everything was as advertised.

Units are a bit rundown, but it's cozy. We had some issues with dirty sheets on the pullout couch, but the staff replaced them quickly.

Was near nice trail beach for a walk

Not as advertised. This was supposed to be a loft with a queen bed and a pull-out couch on the main floor. Loft stairs gone, bed moved downstairs, unclean, broken stove, bare-wire plug-in, dirty tub.

"Disappointed with this property, not good value for the price"

Very rustic, bathroom and kitchen were not in good shape, not good value for the price, although the place was clean. Also, you couldn’t walk to the water easily and Ucluelet was close to 40 km from Tofino (not 20 km as I was told).

Bed upstairs was comfortable. Quiet and good location. Just needs a little TLC.

Too many chemicals in the hot tub. Couldn't breath if we turned it up. There were 2 dishwasher tabs in the pull out couch?? And a little mouse poop in the night table upstairs. Should be a couple more dish/tea towels in the kitchen. Others took their dogs out without leash, and pooped without picking up. Dish soap didn't suds up at all. It seems so impersonal with no contact check in and check out. No, 'how was your stay', no smiles, no Merry Christmas. And be careful on the spiral staircase, it can be tricky. 10am is a little early for check out, especially when we had to do some of the clean up and take our garbage.
