"bare bones"

no frills or gimmicks... just a bed to stay in and that's it. no cots or hot tubs or service. front desk was mainly unmanned. location was decent downtown though

Definitely a quirky option. Amazingly clean, friendly staff, situated in a great location. Definitely needs a better mattress and more towels. Reminds me of hostels in Europe.

We had no tv at all. No staff to help. No body soap (fine i brought my own) pillows were so flat. Beds were terrible.
