WLAN und TV haben funktioniert. Das Bett ok. Rezeption nett, aber mit Verständigungsschwierigjeiten. Tipp: Frühstück bri OBI (Bäckerei) am Ortseingang zu Bad Segeberg.

Es gibt dort weit und breit nichts zu essen und zu trinken. Man muss nach Bad Segeberg (13km) reinfahren, um sich zu versorgen. Kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Zimmerlicht dürftig. Duschvorhang muss dringend erneuert werden. Rezeption nur zu Check In Zeiten besetzt. Haus ist nachts nicht verschlossen. Nach Abendveranstaltung in der Kalkberg Arena benötigte ich 1,5 Srunden zum Hotel zurück. Für den Zustand sowie fehlendem Service und Infrastruktur zu teuer..

Die Entfernung nach Bad Segeberg (Karl May) ist Okay 10-15 min. Fahrzeit. Haben in Bad Segeberg leider keine Unterkunft mehr bekommen. Für eine Nacht ganz Okay.

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, im Kühlschrank Schimmelspuren, haben ihn aber nicht benutzt. Frühstück für 12,50 € überteuert. Auswahl lässt viele Wünsche offen. Personal kaum vor Ort, keine Tische abgeräumt und Buffet auch nicht aufgefüllt. Für eine Nacht geht es aber.
