Location suited us.

Booking.com states that a family of 2 adults/2 children needs 1 triple room and 1 single room. On arrival we found this is not true as the ‘triple’ room sleeps all 4 people. It was too late to cancel the single room so we paid for an extra room we did not use. BE AWARE if you are booking as a family of 4. Not the hotels fault.
