Pinnacle Koh Tao Resort

Отличный вид, хороший балкон, хорошая бухта, черепахи каждый день. 250 ступеней от пляжа до номера приятно нагружали ноги. Рядом можно снять байк. Бесплатный трансфер от парома.

Для островов Тайланда, в принципе, ок. А так, плохой клининг. Пол не моют вообще, просто забирают мусор. Въехали уже в грязный номер. Попросили убраться нормально, показали где. Все равно убрались плохо. Чаевые не помогают. Завтрак бедноват. Окно в ванной не закрывалось, ручка сломана. Раковина забита, чистил сам. Душевая Лейка бьет во все стороны Кондиционер работает плохо, днём не справлялся. В итоге, провели гораздо меньше времени в отеле, чем могли бы. Не ели в ресторане, не заказывали ничего в номер. Что не так плохо, на острове есть чем заняться. Прекрасный Снорклинг. Тем не менее, с удовольствием вернемся ради уединенности и закатов.

The room was spacious with a huge bed that was very comfortable and brand new. The snorkeling at the beach below was beautiful and we met three turtles! Just remember to swim far enough out to see them

Our cottage was at the very top and it is really a steep walk down or up- although you can be driven both up and down. I think it was really a high price for very basic service although the staff akere super friendly and tried their very best. It should be tea in the rooms not only clean coffee and bigger water bottles. The breakfast where ok but not more, and it would be great if the hotel wrote what the different dishes contained or where at all…. We had asked for gluten-free options in advance and where promised that but no bread or crispbread where available although you could have other gluten-free food.

The food was really good. It was best pad tai and omelet I had in Thailand and the staff are really nice.

Pendant la douche, nous avons eu une coupure d'électricité donc fin de douche à l'eau froide et à l'aveugle... Nous avons du voir l'accueil à 2 reprises pour qu'ils fassent quelque choses. L'hôtel est loin de tout ce qui est intéressant pour le calme mais pour boire un verre, grignoter ou manger, petite déception.... tous les plats ou boissons inscrits sur la carte du restaurant que nous voulions commander étaient en rupture... Nous n'avions pas beaucoup de choix au final.

Le personnel est tout simplement adorable. La vue est dingue, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel, même si les équipements pourraient être rénovés

Amazing view from the room and from the hotel in general. The reception staff was very friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Housekeeping started making a lot of noise, speaking on their phone, on loudspeakers, and chatting outside of the room from 7 a.m. onwards. It was impossible to have a decent sleep because of that. Also, there seems to be a maintenance room next to my room, which meant that housekeeping kept going in and out from that room.

Needs a bit of work still, looks like it’s just had some renovation works but still some areas that are not great, we had a bug infestation coming out of the toilet, animals in the roof and some dirty towels one day, you can rent a scooter from them but it is almost half the price to just go to any other scooter rental place (of which there is one within 30m of the reception)
