The staff were really friendly and had a really nice pool area and beach

Had a bad experience at this hotel , in our first room the floor was filfy , rooms are very dated , our bathroom light was broken and our aircon also broke within a couple hours of being there they came and fixed it promptly but within an hour it had broke again the next day they moved us to another room that was also filfy a lot of bugs in the room woke up with several bites all over me , we weren’t ment to be staying 3 night and checked out after 2 because we couldn’t bare another night

Location felt private, peaceful & was the perfect place to relax! The room was lovely & clean, bed was very comfortable! The reception team are outstanding, couldn’t fault them! super welcoming & helpful! Lots of information given & recommendations. The pool & the bar were clean & tidy, the staff there were also great! The easy access the beach too made it even more special!

We feel the restaurant fell short of what we were expecting, the bar was set quite high by the welcome & the room but we were disappointed in the restaurant food & the restaurant team… while they were lovely & friendly we felt it lacked attentiveness & the food was meh. One night we ate & the young lad didn’t come over to take our order so my partner went up to the bar to ask to order our food, only to be sent to the girl in the kitchen to order our food… she sent us away & the guy came back to take the order but couldn’t so the girl had to come over herself whilst trying to cook people’s dinner. The second night we ate we ordered, waited 20 minutes then the waitress came over to tell us they couldn’t make part of the order & to pick something else but the rest of the meal was ready… we reordered the red curry. Tasted like chicken in double cream. Breakfast had a good selection but could be kept warm at least… & fresher. Most of the food was soggy and cold.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen wir haben eine Woche dort verbracht,. Es war genauso wie beschrieben und wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben,an die Stufen gewöhnt man sich schnell, eine Entschädigung sind die kleinen und schönen sandstrand Buchten. Ein Roller muss man nicht unbedingt mieten man kann alles fußläufig erreichen, oder man nutzt den kostenlosen shuttleservice.Wir waren sogar bei zu Fuß bei shark bay innerhalb von 20 Minuten.

Handtücher wurden nur nach Aufforderung gewechselt.

The hotel has amazing views and the sunset is amazing from there, I wouldn’t stay at the hotel again, but I would go for the sunset in that area. We saw 2 huge sea turtles on the beach, which was the highlight of the trip.

We both got food poisoning from outside restaurants not the hotels during the evening and there was no one at reception. There was one security guard that didn’t speak at all English, which is fine, but still wasn’t helpful at all. We also went one night at reception to get water and the fridge was locked, no extra water in the fridge and we thought that was really weird bc the hotel is far away from shops and no extra or water at all was just not ok. The road to the hotel could be improved. Also, there was no phone in the room it was all through WhatsApp and in the evening when we needed a taxi, we had to sort it out alone and unfortunately that was hard when not a lot of people speak English and it’s 23:00 pm at night !!

Fantastisk utsikt från rummet med vacker solnedgång varje kväll. Mycket trevlig personal och utsökt frukost och middag. Stor pool område längst ner över havet. I närheten ligger en liten mysig strand med två restauranger och mycket bra snorkling. Området ligger på berget så det blir många trappor och steg - det ser man ju på alla bilder. Vi tog det som bra träning :)

La ubicacion es incomoda si te vas a mover mucho. Igualmente ofrecen servicios de transfer a diferentes horas

Нам поменяли номер самовольно, разместиле в номере со сломанным кондиционером. Провели половину 2х суток с ремонтниками кондиционера, в шуме и на жаре. Ночью почти не спали потому что было очень душно. Испорченные 2дня и нервы за свои же деньги.
