Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Perfect hotel for your adventure in Galapagos"

One of the most beautifully located hotels in Puerto Ayora. View from the room onto the bay is amazing and if you are lucky, there is local wildlife that will accompany you during your stay. We had two bluefooted boobies that kept us company during breakfasts. And the breakfasts they serve are delicious! There are not many choices, but the quality is excellent and meals do not get boring even during a longer stay. The hotel has an infinity pool and a hot tub, however if you want to use the latter you have to tell the reception desk so they have some time to heat up the water. All in all, this is one of the best choices for your stay in Santa Cruz island.

"I would not recommend this hotel."

the location is convenient. I was able to check in early.

The beds are like wooden planks. The A/C is very loud and doesn’t work well, there were ants in the room, there was no extra toilet paper, the surroundings are loud. The pool was cloudy. Breakfast was poor.
