Super location lots to do. Animals are just amazing at the hotel

the location is breath taking. In front of the sea, you could leave your sliding door open all night and sleep with the sea breeze and the noise of the ocean!

it is old, nothing especial about it more than the great location and the people that work there are really nice.

Lovely staff. We didn't like our first room because it was facing the bar so they moved us a few doors down. Great sized room, comfortable big bed, good bathroom and central location.

Since our room was on the ground floor, privacy is very limited. For the price we paid, I'd expect more. Also the bar area near the pool plays very loud music in the weekends so if you wish to sleep early it's very difficult.

The view of the seafront was so lovely and the sealions, heron , pelicans boobies and marine iguanas that hang out there ! Staff and facilities were very nice and it was so nice having breakfast with a view

We were given wrong information that the bay tour visit goes to las Loberia to see sealions so that was very disappointing. Also the jacuzzi was cold both times we used it and we had to sit in there for half an hour till it warmed up!

Servicio de internet es pésimo. El desayuno muy pobre y básico. Precio de la habitación no corresponde a la realidad. Piscina y yacuzzi feos y sucios. No es ni mucho menos lo que se ve en las fotos del hotel.

Central location on the main tourist street, in the town amidst restaurants and shops, close to the pier,walking distance. it is waterfront, the rooms are spacious and nice, balcony is nice. It has a swimming pool and jacuzzi. breakfast was average; timing from 6:30-8; while it is good that they have early time for the people that have day tours or other activities, but to end at 8 am!!

bathroom somewhat dated. unfortunately, as the jacuzzi requires reservation and we arrived in the late afternoon, by which point it was all booked, we could not use it - it was disappointing as we came from a tiring, wet and chilly ferry ride and were really hoping to warm up (they should send a message when guests are booking the hotel to inform them of this, so that they can book it ahead of time). breakfast ends at 8 am - if one was tired and wanted to rest during their vacation ( 8 am is not an unreasonable time to sleep in, after all), then they miss breakfast. checkout is 10 am, also a bit on the early side.

Stunning hotel on the waterfront, sea lions in the lobby, birds everywhere, lovely pool and wonderful staff. Food and drinks were delicious at the restaurant and more dining choices were nearby. Best hotel on Santa Cruz, I think, and owned by the cousin of our Galapagos guide, long-time locals. Highly recommend.

Loved being right on the water, great location in the center of town, the owner /manager was very helpful and accommodating.

Very nice /comfortable. Great service.
