Twickenham Guest House

Très bien placé pour aller au stade. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable.

C’est très bruyant, la circulation ne s’arrête jamais, la salle de bain est toute petite.

Booked for one night to watch the rugby. After reading some good and bad reviews i was a little worried. Check in was easy, staff very friendly & polite. Our room & bathroom was basic but spotless. Bed was comfortable. The price to stay here was reasonable for the money. 5 min walk to the stadium. I was pleasantly suprised after reading some horrific reveiws..i would definatley stay again.

Bathroom was very tiny, but served its purpose.

There was a friendly welcome and the location was convenient with Twickenham station 5 minutes walk away

The strong smell of Asian food at the reception, which drifted into my room. The room was a shoe box, at the most 3m x 3m with more sealant used as gap filler than I've ever seen. My friend also stayed, paid the same and got a nice double room. The bathroom was a contract with marble, a nice shower and more filler! The view from the small windows was of a small enclosed patio cluttered with kids toys. The kids were making a fair bit of noise late at night as was the TV in reception and the ring door bell on the front door which was loud, this made it difficult to sleep. The facilities in the room, although basic were fine with a nice range of Tea, Coffee etc, nice big clean towel with complimentary shower gel, the bed was comfortable. There was a TV that was pre logged into Netflix which was nice (I didnt use it though). I only used it as a base for a single night, as it was close to where I was going the following morning, I wouldn't have stayed longer than that.

The location of the property was perfect, walking distance to the train station. Parking spaces at the guest home, but should be included in price and not extra. Comfortable double room with en-suite, shampoo supplied, kettle and coffee, tea and milk supplied and more on request. Tv with Netflix, prime and other channels available. Plenty of sockets for charging phones etc. Staff nice and friendly.

Paying for parking at the property. May disturb some people as guest home next to the road. But no problem for us.

Look, it's not the Ritz, but it's a lovely, convenient and very reasonably priced Guest House. My room was comfortable, clean and it had an ensuite shower and toilet. Tea/coffee making facilities, TV and adequate storage. I was there for 5 nights and had no issues at all. The Owner and Staff were very friendly, helpful and just really nice. Nothing was too much trouble. I had breakfast every day, which is extra. £8.00 for the full English and £5.00 for just cereal and toast etc. There was plenty and I didn't feel hungry. Would I stay there again? - YES!! I would. Would I recommend? - YES!! If you're a Rugby fan, then it's right across the road from the Stadium, so it's perfect. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and for a great week.

Be warned, it's on a major roundabout and it seems that every Emergency Vehicle has to sound its siren upon reaching it during a callouts, even throughout the night. If you're a light sleeper this might be an issue, but not for me once I had gone to sleep. Just an observation, but not a criticism of the Guest House.
