"Great place for rugby at stadium"

We were going to watch rugby at the stadium and this guest house is an excellent spot for this. Friendly staff and the room was as expected, clean and as pictured on booking.com.

Sadly, the bathroom was not as pictured on booking.com where it showed a lovely big bathroom with a bath that we specifically look for when booking. Instead the bathroom was very small and no bath. It was still nice and we wouldn't have minded it had we known beforehand so our expectations could be aligned.

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good value and very good.

Not the cleanest, especially the shower. Lots of creepy crawlies about. Decor is poorly finished.
