Twickenham Guest House

I've stayed here before, and - as previously - I found the staff to be professional and courteous and the rates to be very reasonable for the area. I've yet to try the optional breakfast, but its aroma smelt great as I checked out (and for £8 it was very reasonably priced too).

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hot weather uncomfortable on the night, facilities adequate, breakfast nothing special for price.

Value for money. Very basic accommodation. Clean. Mattress is not very comfy.

The bed was comfortable.

Dirty and terrible upkeep of the property. The room was outside in a courtyard. Door had varnish chips all over it and the decor was horrendous from the 1970’s. Stains on the walls and the carpet. Plus we refused to use the shower in the extremely small bathroom. Peeling wallpaper too. Disgusting all around. I messaged to get a partial refund after the first night…no relay from Booking.com. The irony was, I was at a property investment conference in the rugby stadium opposite. And we discussed buying the worst house/ property on the street to renovate - this guesthouse fitted this spec perfectly.😡

Excellent for access to Twickenham Stadium. Excellent breakfast too - was really too cheap at £8, was worth more.
