The view is amazing and the breakfast was fantastic.

The rooms and showers need some work - dirty carpets. Our bin in our bathroom was not emptied out. We could not find the WiFi password anywhere in the room.

The breakfast was incredible and staff very friendly and attentive

The view! The comfy bed. The lovely hostess. The quietness. The location is what made us stay there.

The height of the wash basin in the bathroom is built at an extraordinarily high height, makes using it a bit awkward and difficult to fill the kettle from it. Breakfast was ok, expected better. Fried eggs were under cooked, the cream cheese used was old/almost off. I advise to check the state of the cream cheese next time before serving it ;) Also the staff cook/ waiter was playing loud radio noise or something loudly unpleasant from his phone in the kitchen, was a bit disturbing to the peace.

The breakfast was decent, though it is important to note that this is more of a small B&B-style residence than a full hotel, so there is no buffet. Personally, there was very little that appealed to me for breakfast — the hot chocolate was honestly quite bad, and the café latte was only barely acceptable. That said, my father very much enjoyed his omelette and salmon. The location, however, is exceptional: only a 3-minute walk from Boulder's Beach, with a direct view of the ocean. I especially loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach at night. Above all, what impressed me most was the staff. Every person we interacted with was professional, genuinely friendly, and always available to help.

The rooms are quite small, especially compared to the bathroom, which was surprisingly large. The bed itself was large as well, but unfortunately not particularly comfortable — the mattress was extremely firm. The sheets were not especially soft either, although I appreciated that everything was impeccably clean. I was also not a fan of the towels. While they were absorbent, they were quite rough and unpleasant on the skin.
