CitiHotel Veliki

Stayed at the Citi Hotel Veliki for 2 nights in November, 2017. I really enjoyed the hotel mostly for the location as it was only around 3 blocks from the main pedestrian street. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful in many respects. The room itself was nothing special, but exactly what you need,a clean bed and bathroom. One thing that I found a little not perfect was the noise level, not that it was loud but you could hear noise from anywhere in the building. I feel the insulation could be worked on.

Nice location

The rooms are large and the staff is excellent--very helpful, with advice, recommendations, and assistance with problems. Also the restaurant downstairs is delightful, good food and service.

This hotel has excellent service. They did everything right. Pricing, Service, Location and Comfort. Just perfect.

The room was very convenient to the old city center of Novi Sad. The room was, however, rather spartan. The beds were close to the ground and as hard as a brick. My husband and I shared a double bed, but the comforter in the middle was not big enough for two people. This was a problem because the room was cold in the winter. We had to steal a blank from an extra bed. On the positive side, it had a nice kitchen with a hot pot to make tea.
