Perfectly located just off the beaten path. Friendly service, fantastic food. Comfortable and clean room. The only downside was the lack of elevator. Highly recommended.

The Hotel was very nicely located in Novi Sad. Lots of things to see and do within walking distance! The restaraunt in the hotel was excellent!

The amenities were adequate but not great (internet was slow in my room for example but room was big, even by American standards; with the price, I wasn't expecting great internet), but you're probably not coming to Novi Sad to surf the net. There is also some street noise but not too bad. I would add, however, that the hotel restaurant is very good, seems authentic, and is quite cheap. The location is great. It's right in the old city, so you can walk around to most of the sites like the fortress and go back for a break in your room. If you don't have a lot of luggage, you can walk to the hotel from the train station (25 minutes or so) The best part is the service though, especially in Serbia where local knowledge in English is more useful. The front desk people are very friendly and seemed happy to point out places for me on the map. They even, without me asking, printed off a bus schedule to a nearby town I wanted to see. I had to leave early before breakfast (which is also decent) so they made me a sack lunch, free of charge

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Staff simply the best so helpful and friendly. Can't fault this hotel simply great.

We had such a nice time in Novi Sad, the location of hotel helped a lot since we were there for just three days :D Would recommend it for anyone young searching for good night life 2 min walk and great sightseeing :D Fantastic service!

I stayed in hotel Veliki 4 nights for the conference in Novi Sad. The location is superb, just few steps away from the pedestrian zone of the old city. The room is very convenient, the breakfast was good. My lasting memory is the EXCELLENT staff helping in any way possible: advise, car parking, internet connection. At same stage, I complained about some problems with the internet connection. The owner of the hotel called the professionals and they worked on this until the problem was resolved. The hotel has a restaurant which is very popular among locals. A very good food is served there and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Novi Sad. Many thumbs up!! I will certainly stay there when I am back to Novi Sad.

I thought that this hotel was a great find. The location is great, right next to the city center. The staff was very helpful and took care of everything I needed - dry cleaning, laundry, transportation, etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone that's looking for a comfortable place to stay in Novi Sad that's close to the city center.

the receptionist was the outstanding memory of this hotel, althou the hotel itself had a lot to offer and was very clean and tidy, with a lovely restaraunt underneath, and in an ideal location for the vist, the receptionist could not do enough and was very helpful, even down to the point of getting us a packed lunch for the day of departure, due to the fact we were leaving before breakfast time, very good service and a credit to the hotel thank you.
