That it was close enough to the beach. The pool is nice

The bedroom was unsecured, the balcony door didn’t lock. The room was for my husband and I and they gave us two single beds did not accommodate when we brought it up. The door key didn’t open half of the time and reception didn’t had assistance all the time. One day we had to wait 40 min to get assistance to open our room.

The room was clean & comfortable, bed was good Location is great, at the north end of Patong near the Dolphin Circle roundabout

Our room wasn't ready for check-in time, although the friendly staff offered to comp our breakfast to apologise The rooftop pool sadly overlooks a rooftop covered in trash/building materials which isn't obvious from the photos
