I loved everything about this property. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk to Patong Beach. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was an absolute highlight — stunning views and a perfect place to relax. Overall, the hotel offered amazing value and exceeded all my expectations.

There was nothing major to complain about. If anything, I would just prefer a slightly softer pillow — but it wasn’t a big issue at all.
