Loved the private pool villa. Room and pool were excellent. Beach was pretty dirty and not much to do outside of a very tiny village nearby. Was perfect for us as we landed late and didnt want to do the 1 hour drive into phuket after a long flight.
The staff are definitely the best! No resquest is too much. We loved our stay here. The resort is lovely. We stayed in a private pool villa for the privacy.There's a spacious separate bedroom and lounge. A massive bath/jacuzzi with separate shower. It's a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants, massage operators and shops. We took our laundry to get washed after breakfast, 80thb per kilo and it was ready later that evening when we returned for a feed at one of the many restaurants there by the beach. The only critique about our villa is that some things needs a bit of maintenance but overall we had the best time! It would be lovely to return with our kids & grandkids!
Had a very peaceful stay in our villa. Minutes away from the beach. Easy trip across a small creek with help from resort staff. Tons of good eating with beach seating!
We had a great stay. Very friendly staff, good food in the restaurant including the breakfast. It is a cozy and relaxing Hotel, 5 min walk in to the small village. There is a river that runs just outside the Hotel and where there is a very simple wooden raft that is run by Hotel staff. The river is only 10 meters wide or so, so not a real problem. The only thing is that if you get back to the Hotel after 9 PM, you need to call the Hotel to send someone out to the raft to take you over the river. For us it was never a real issue since we were never out on the town very late anyway:-) Again, we can really recommend this Hotel.

USOn their website, L’esprit De Naiyang Beach Resort promises the following: To offer an intimate, private comfortable accommodation. The Resort is a perfect destination for a romantic getaway, honeymoon, or relaxation retreat from your busy world. This is false and deceptive advertising! The accommodations were not comfortable as they promised. The actual accommodations look different from the photos they have online. The hotel and the rooms are very old and outdated! Here are the reasons why you should not stay here: 1) You can't flush toilet paper down the toilet. So when you go to the bathroom, you have to wipe your butt and put the toilet paper in the waste basket, which will stink up the whole bathroom and room. 2) After you shower, the water and suds do not drain because the drain is clogged. It leaves a very musty smell. 3. The lack of privacy- they offer curtains in the room, but the curtains are sheer so you can see through to your neighbor's villa when the light is on. Our neighbors could look through our villa and see right into our bedroom because there are no curtains in the bedroom. 4. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. 5. The location is very far from Phuket Town and other areas. There is a lot of traffic now around the island. 6. You needed to take a raft to cross over to get to the very brown beach. After we expressed our frustrations and concerns to the front desk, they didn't do anything about it. They were apathetic and would not refund us after we canceled our reservation. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!
