nothing was impressive

very old and outdated no elevator to carry bags on the 2nd floor need revamping

We had an amazing holiday at Nermo Hotel. Although the ski bus did not arrive on the first two mornings and evenings, it was no problem, as the staff drove us the short distance to the ski slopes and collected us again at the end of the day. It is a beautiful historic hotel and the staff were all very friendly indeed. We were well looked after and look forward to returning again next winter. We also loved sitting by the large open fire in reception in the velvet sofas.

Contemporary, well furnished and good location

some basic things such as beds being made up in advance would be better plus some simple things like having tea , coffee, shampoo there on arrival

Practical room and bathroom, kitchen utensils where adequate. adult beds comfortable coffee machine good.

Bunk beds not big enough or accessible. Limited place to dry ski clothes for the next day. A simple rack would work. Fridge freezer door was broken. Bathroom light flickers and delay. No salt and pepper.

Young lady whom serve us at check in was friendly and helpful.

Dated furnishing. Dark rooms. no kettle. No dinner options as hotel restaurant was closed. No lift & 2 levels of stairs to room. breakfast was basic with limited options & quantity.
