Warm, well equipped (although having a washing machine would be useful), wonderful reception staff and decent views from the living room.

Beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. The double room consisted of two singles joined together with a gap in between so not really ideal. We’ve found it rather difficult to sleep on a single bed each.

We visited the restaurant on a Friday evening during the ski season, booked just a few days before. The welcoming fire, friendly staff and excellent service were part of the experience and our 3 course meal with paired wines was a delight. If you want a special evening at a wonderful restaurant, then this is the place.
