"Feels like human trafficking is happening here"

Staff gave my wife a children a room that was already occupied. The staff even followed her to the hall and watched at a distance until the person in the room opened the door and told her she had the wrong room. Only then did the staff come and change her room. This is very unsafe and screams of some kind of setup!. I do not feel safe booking my wife at this hotel again!

"Good Stay"

We were in town to move our son into Hesston College. This hotel was 10ish mins from campus, with easy access to the interstate. Room was fairly comfortable. Staff was vey friendly. For hotel breakfast it was pretty good.

During my recent stay, I was disappointed by several issues that impacted my experience: The room and common areas lacked cleanliness. Food served was cold. No welcome or orientation was provided, and no recommendations for nearby restaurants. The power went out multiple times during my stay. The pool had an excessive amount of chlorine. Water pressure was very low, making it difficult to flush the toilet. No makeup remover towels were available. No complimentary bottled water was provided to guests. Overall, these factors made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope management will address these concerns to improve the guest experience.

Close to my friends house

Needs more signage outside! The Refrigerator in my room wasn’t level. When they made up our Room after our 1st night the Bed looked terrible!

"Won’t do it again"

Not much

It was dirty. We had to go buy a bedside fan. The room was too hot to sleep. The pool was icy cold. Woke up the next morning to a frog in our room…yes a frog
