Holiday Inn Express Newton by IHG

Good location and not overpriced.

Shower rod and toilet paper holder are falling off the wall, water damaged and rotting drywall, tile coming off the floor, mold growing on the soap dish in the shower.

It was available on short notice and room was big. Good breakfast. Easy access to the main road

The one exterior key card reader doesn’t work.

Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms. Pool. Gym. Breakfast was delish with lots of choices!! The best part was the kind staff!!

This hotel is in poor shape. My family stayed here in July and this is what they related to me: The first room they were given had an air conditioning unit that leaked, and a fan was put on the floor to dry the continuing leakage. The next room had something wrong with the lock, and they had to have the key cards changed three times before the door would open. My daughter got a call in the middle of the night from her son, who was in another room on a different floor. There was a lizard, a skink, running around their room. It was over two feet long. My son-in-law caught it and took it outside. The hallways were warm instead of being air conditioned. This hotel is NOT suitable for travelers, in my opinion. Management was very nice, but nice isn't what it needs -- repair work is what this hotel needs - badly.

Nice stay on a road trip. Comfortable and clean. Good breakfast options.

Overnight stay. I enjoyed the extra upholstered chair to sit and read with lamp. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was not as good as I would have liked but was ok.

We appreciated our stay here very much! The building is nicely renovated and clean. Breakfast was better than most hotel offerings, loved the cinnamon rolls! We stayed for two nights and would gladly return.

Multiple issues with the room. Bathroom door was literally falling off the hinges, door lock was broken, ligj5s besides the ned are out, remote doesn't work well. Tv is way too loud but cant hear voices. Tubwas extremely dirtyand stained.
