Very nice hotel in the neighborhood of la Palmeraie

The staff at breakfast was disrespectful, to say the least.

No commmmmmment ,very nice place to stay with all facilities . Very calm & pleasant.

The room and common areas of the hotel were spotless and very nice! With that in mind, here are two main drawbacks: some people in our group had diarrhea, suggesting there might be problems with food, and the "official" shuttle to the city was always much smaller than needed, so we had to take a taxi to the city which is quite stressful (the driver tries to overcharge you, there are no rear seatbelts, etc).

great hotel, very comfy and great settings and surroundings! Service is very poor - not catered to cope for full occupancy - many customers complaint about slow service - waited 2 hours at the bar to get a sandwich after 4 times reminding the order. Same for breakfast, tables not cleared, not cutlery available! Dismal service - management does not understand levels of 5 star rating - it was 5 stone rating!

Since we stayed at one of the best room, the room is very nice except shower drainage system which has structural problem. Also it was a bit noisy once neon outing rooms were occupied. But great breakfast and reasonable services for arranging our outside tour etc.

The hotel is located on the northeast fringe of Marrakech close to a golf course. It is relatively isolated from the rest of the city. It has a number of restaurants associated with it that are all quite nice but there is nowhere within walking distance to buy water or groceries. I felt a bit trapped by the geographical arrangement. A decision to go into the medina required taking the hotel shuttle and a substantial time commitment. A hotel closer to the centre of town would have been better for walking to the sights from the hotel. If you have a rental car, these concerns may be mitigated. My own sense of it is that the resort experience can be had anywhere if you want to pay the money. If you want to see the city, stay in the city.

The reason I have rated the hotel poorly on service is that after we made our bookings the hotel tried to unilaterally move us to another property because they were planning to have a new year party for 4 days. This is despite assurances that we were ok with the arrangement via Expedia. We felt this was in poor taste and got the hotel stay off on a poor note. Other than than the rather epileptic wifi service in the room, the rest of the stay was excellent.

Great hotel friendly staff clean only improvement could be food as gets a bit samey however Ramadam so main restaurant closed so this should reopen after.

Hotel, room and pool gorgeous. Unfortunately the staff was very unfriendly and the shuttle service to Marrakech town very disappointing. We had the feeling that tourists are not very welcome although they are somewhat dependent on them. Not a 5* experience at all!
