fiz reserva no dia 03/06 - paguei duas diárias, informei na reserva que entraria entre 07 e 08 horas - paguei por uma diaria inteira para utilizar 04 horas o quarto, pensando na minha comodidade de poder chegar tomar um banho, café e ir para meu compromisso as 08:30 - para minha surpresa não encontraram minha reserva, mesmo eu mostrando os comprovantes, levaram uma hora para resolver meu problema (depois de eu dar uma de louca e começar a falar alto, etc), me colocaram em um quarto cheirando a mofo, cobertas sujas, quarto sujo. Enfim uma experiencia terrivel. Pior que indiquei para uma amigas.

Fui tomar banho, coloquei minha roupa sobre o vaso sanitário, ela caiu no chão e manchou tudo, pois tinha agua sanitaria no chão, e o meu prejuízo como fica? Quarto pequeno, camas pequenas, cobertas ruins.
